For the last several months, my sewing machine and designer brain have been busy polishing and perfecting a new quilting adventure: Monkey See, Monkey Sew Quilts!

These quilts have been a true labor of love and I'm so excited to see the quilting community's unique take on each design. Each quilt explores color and composition in a fun and engaging way that I hope will expand quilter's horizons. The goal is to teach quilters how to use some of my favorite, indispensable quilting tools to make beautiful quilts that stretch the limits of what you can achieve with gorgeous fabrics and your imagination. 

The Monkey See, Monkey Sew Quilts

I'm introducing Monkey See, Monkey Sew Quilts with three designs:

You might recognize Love Fills the Spaces as it's been kicking around the Monkey House for a year or so, but it's received a fresh redesign to make it even easier for quilters to follow. The Quilters Select Triangle Rulers

Each Monkey See, Money Sew quilt pattern uses a variety of Quilters Select rulers. I used these designs to demonstrate the versatility of these rulers and how they can make seemingly complex patterns surprisingly easy and straightforward to accomplish.

I also used two of the same triangle rulers across several quilts, to showcase just how much bang for your buck you can get out of Quilters Select rulers. You can make dozens of completely different, totally striking quilt designs using just one ruler. Let's talk about the triangle rulers I used most for the Monkey See, Monkey Sew quilts!

Quilter's Select  8 1/2" 60 Degree Quilting Ruler

You can square perfect blocks and ensure precision cuts with the Quilter's Select 8 1/2" 60 Degree Triangle Ruler. It's the best tool in my quilting arsenal for piecing—I absolutely love how accurately I can cut fabric pieces with this ruler.
