Refund policy
ReturnsÂ
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase must be shown.Â

Items Purchases in StoreÂ
If you wish to return an eligible item in store, please visit us in store with the original receipt or proof of purchase. A manager will inspect the items and approve or deny a return as necessary. If an exchange or refund is approved, then we will apply a credit back to your card or issue a store credit of the same value.Â
If you would like to mail the purchase back, please email us as service@fivemonkeyquilts.com with your request and an invoice number. If your return is approved, we will reach out for a call to get your credit card information and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the shipping costs and that cost will be deducted from your refund.Â
We will do our best to exchange the items however it is the nature of our business for items to become unavailable. If this is the case, we will issue a refund to your card.Â
Items Purchased Online:Â
If you wish to return an eligible item, please send us an email at service@fivemonkeyquilts.com. Please provide an order or invoice number. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the shipping costs and that cost will be deducted from your refund.Â
If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, please reach out to the respective carrier. All packages sent via UPS and USPS aside from First Class packages are insured. If you chose First Class USPS, please send us an email at service@fivemonkeyquilts.com with your invoice or order number.Â
