What is a pre-cut you ask? Well if it is fabric and it isn't on a bolt, it is pre-cut. Things like fat quarters, jelly rolls, layer cakes, etc. Moda supplies all of our pre-cut kits and, just like everything they make, these are gorgeous. Here's a small morsel of our plethora of pre-cuts.
