Give back Friday

Do you just LOVE Black Friday? Are you one of those people that camps out at midnight to buy a new TV or coffeepot? If you are, have fun with that!
If you are not, come to the shop and hang out with us while we spend the day after Thanksgiving making quilts for our less fortunate neighbors. Bring your turkey-day leftovers (especially the wine and desserts) and your sewing supplies. Enjoy the afterglow of all the things we have to be thankful for and enjoy some great food and fellowship with others.
All quilts made will be donated to the Asheville Quilt Guild's Community Quilts project. Last year, our guild donated over 600 quilts to local charitable organizations to be used by those in need in Western North Carolina.
I’m going to mark my calendar and make an effort to really clean out my stash and bring enough fabrics to make some quilts to share!!
