T-Shirt Quilt Class

Learn to make memory quilts with shirts!  This class will go over all the basics to get you started on a fun journey of t-shirt quilting.  You will learn best practices for stabilizing your shirts to turn them into a cuddly quilt.  We will also use an impromptu piecing technique to make a one of a kind treasure. 

Class 1 - prepare and cut your shirts - October 22:  4 - 8 PM

Class 2 - setting shirts into a quilt layout - October 29:  4 - 8 PM

All supplies needed for class are available from our store or website.  You can also purchase on the day of class.  All class purchases qualify for a discount.

Required supplies: 

At least 10 T-Shirts, laundered and ready to cut up

Sharp scissors, shears preferred

French Fuse or Quilter's Select Cutaway Stabilizer (available at class)

Square quilting ruler (12.5" is a good size)

Quilting Ruler for cutting strips

Rotary cutter with fresh blade

Sewing machine in good working order

Sewing thread 

We recommend purchasing ahead of time to ensure the supplies are in stock. If you would like to order your supplies for in store pick up on day of class, we will have them ready for you.
