This listing is for the Two Step Tango 2026 Brown Bag Bonus Project. We all love a good fun dance party! We picked out the silliest dances we could think of. Tell me what kind of dance you (or your friend) would get up and party to and we will make you a kit to go with the feel of that dance.
- Chicken Dance - "dunna dunna dunna dun" - think 'natural' like fresh air and farm fun, think golds greens and neutrals.
- Monster Mash - "it's a graveyard smash" - think Halloween fabrics
- Time Warp - "I see you shiver with antici.........pation" over this bag - think modern and bright
- MoonWalk - "one giant leap for monkey-kind" - think space and sparkles
- YMCA - "Young man...." - think masculine tones and colors
- Hand Jive - 'I've got chills...they're multiplyin'" - think batiks
- Robot - "You are what you choose to be and we choose to be nerdy" - think nerdy like comics and math
- Break Dance - "Freak out!" - think novelty, animals or Disney characters - tell us what you like
- Hokey Pokey - "turn yourself around" - Florals is what this bag is all about
- Burlesque - think dance teacher's choice. Want a real surprise, this is your bag.
The fabric bundle includes 100% cotton batik and/or printed cotton fabric and the cutting instructions. The kit includes fabric you will need for top. You can also choose a finishing kit that will include borders and binding for the quilt. The quilt top without borders finishes 60x60". We STRONGLY recommend getting your borders when you choose your bag. This quilt will look good on it's own but it will also look fully complete with the border and binding. Want a larger quilt top? Choose to add on extra fabric to make a 'double bag'. Remember, if you choose an add on, also choose the larger finishing kit.
NOTE: the pattern is NOT included in this bundle. The instructions will be provided in the 2026 Brown Bag Sew Along Facebook page. Clues will be mailed every other week. You may also join the Brown Bag Facebook group to watch Karen's videos and sew along with her.
The first clue is available on March 20, International Quilt Day. The other four clues will be available every two weeks: April 3, April 17, May 1 and May 15. The last clue is the assembly instructions. Clues will be mailed on the day before copies are available to be picked up in the store.

You will be asked to answer questions - your name and where you bought your bag. You will not be accepted into the group without answering the questions. If your Facebook name is different than the name you used at your shop, please list the same name you purchased your bag with.

Please keep in mind that your bags will be cut to order so a little extra time might be needed to create this one of a kind kit.
