Regalia Blouse Pattern

A printed sewing pattern and instructions for the Regalia Blouse. A timeless blouse with gathered sleeves, a stand-up collar, front & back yokes, gathers at center front and back lower bodices, a back keyhole opening with tie closure. Sleeve A - long sleeve , gathered at the shoulders, narrows at the wrist. Sleeve B - short above the elbow length, gathered at the shoulder, gathered at the bottom into a wide cuff. Cropped Length #1 - loose, cropped waist length. Tuck-In Length #2 - above the hip, long enough to tuck in or wear with optional waist tie. Sizes 00 - 20
