Half Moon Quilt - a celestial collaboration
Posted by Kristen Stover on

Any time we find a project using fat quarters, we are all in, and boy do we have another fabulous quilt to show! The pattern for this gorgeous quilt was designed by Emma Jean Jansen, author of By the Bundle. We combined the pattern with the upcoming Fluent fabric line by Anna Maria Horner for Free Spirit fabrics and peppered cotton, and we were obsessed! This pattern would be beautiful as a monochromatic theme as well. Helpful Links:Half Moon Quilt KitBy the Bundle softcoverDrunkard's Path 4" OR Template Plastic

Love Fills the Spaces

Originally meant to honor a couple on their marriage, this quilt uses two colorways to show the ways that love joins. Use any two colors to create a beautiful reflection of the recipients’ union. The quilt was designed to illustrate the progression of two people becoming one. Each color is floating out in the world on its own, growing as itself. Then the colors start to blend with each other until the outside world is no longer visible. The center row is just the 2 colors intertwined yet easily identifiable as it's own color. The pattern designed and...
