Join Carrie in making this amazingly useful bag - it's great to keep things in place for travel, or just to keep things organized and beside you while you sew. You'll love this handy zip-up tool case to store and carry a variety of tools, from rotary cutters and scissors to markers, turning tools, small rulers, and more. Lots of easy-to-access pockets in vinyl, mesh, and quilted fabric can be customized to fit the tools you use and love. Running with Scissors measures 9-1/2"H x 12-1/2"W x 1-1/2"D when closed and opens to 12-1/2"H x 20-1/2"W. We will be holding a class for the companion piece for this bag - "Take A Stand" on August 27, 2019.
There is homework for this class - all pieces on page 2 of the pattern need to be cut out, labeled and all quilting on the bag needs to be done before arriving the morning of class (all items on page 2, number 1 - A through C). Please note - do NOT cut out the bias binding - Carrie doesn't do it the way it calls for in the pattern. Non-directional fabrics make this much easier to work with - if working with directional fabrics, be very careful with placement before quilting and cutting out pieces.
