Skill Level: Confident Beginner


Add prairie points as a 3D element to you quilts. Have fun learning 4 different folding methods; their advantages and disadvantages. An all-hands-on class without machines. Go home with inspirations and samples. I promise you will have FUN!

Class Materials Needed for Workshop:

- 10-15 squares of many different fabrics from 6" down to 2"

- 3-5   22" x 6" strips of interesting colors and print fabric (include one with narrow stripes)

- fabric stick glue

- optional - old birthday card

- snack and drinks


Class Tools Needed for Workshop;

- Susan Cleveland's Prairie Point Tool

- regular fabric scissors and small, pointed scissors

- 4" or greater square ruler

- 3" x 18" or similar size ruler

- 12" x 18" or larger rotary cutting mat 

- sharp bladed rotary cutter 45mm, 24mm or 18mm

- your imagination and a mindset to play

- Frixion fabric marking pens and pencil

- Flat head pins with long, thin shafts (flower or other)

- Short, right angle tweezers

- Pink embroiderer's tape
